Powerful, High Speed VP Series Bridge-Type Machining Centers

Toyoda is an exclusive distributor of Awea bridge and gantry-style machining centers in the US. The VP Series machines are powerful and highly reliable. The unique column and bridge is made from a one piece, heat-treated casting offering maximum stability. The extra heavy-duty, high-precision preloaded linear guideways provide a low frictional coefficient, low slip-stick and high thrust force sensitivity ensuring excellent accuracy as well as a savings in energy consumption.

The large work envelope of up to 118" X and 47" Y, makes the VP Series ideal for large parts requiring high-speed machining.

The VP2012 is also available with a high speed spindle (HSS) for even more flexbility.
