Toyoda’s BM Series machines are manufactured to Toyoda specifications by Awea Mechatronic Company. These powerful vertical machining centers offer solid box way construction and a range of spindle options for high precision and heavy cutting applications.
The cast iron Meehanite base with the four box ways is an integral part of the one-piece casting. The superior structural rigidity provides precision and lasting performance in heavy cutting applications.
The BM Series machines offer a large work envelope and depending upon the model selected can support workpieces to 4,400 lb.
High volume coolant flows across the angled bed to accelerate chip flow to the dual screw-type auger for efficient chip removal. Plus the conversational control and industry-standard Fanuc platform make the AF Series a practical addition to any shop.
