Compact, High Production CNC Bar automatics
The TNK36 offers extremely high production rates due to simultaneous machining with up to 3 tool carriers at the main and counter spindle. The tool carriers, used as multifunctional turrets with high speed indexing and 12 stations (individually or centrally driven) Chip to chip time is 0.55 sec. Backworking station offers up to 5 driven tools. Main and counter spindle are designed with hollow shaft motors and synchronous drive technology. The TNK36 incorporates standard tooling and fast tool mounting as well as short set-up times. The optional end working attachment offers 5 or 7 stations for fixed and driven tools. The work area is easily accessable from both sides.
