Toyoda Horizontal Machining

Toyoda’s FH450S is an economical, reliable machine that can meet the demands of high speed machining in a variety of applications. The standard package includes a 60-tool magazine, coolant through the spindle, a fully programmable NC table and Toyoda's high performance 15,000 rpm spindle. It has an expanded work envelope to accommodate parts and fixtures up to 39" high and 24.8" in diameter.

Toyoda's FH450S offers faster material removal rates, reduced cycle times and improved part finishes. Plus with its fast cycle times and reduced coolant usage, energy consumption can be reduced up to 70% per workpiece.
